TECA’s thermoelectric (Peltier) Basic Air-Cooled Cooling/Heating Plates are perfect for bench top cooling or heating. Applications include quality control, manufacturing, cooling and heating lab samples, tissue dissection (histology), pharmaceuticals, research and more. Notably, the AHP-1200CPHC model has been used in published research articles (see 50 Years of Innovation section on this website for details, 2008 & 2010). Available in AC and DC input voltage ranges, each thermoelectric Cold/Hot plate on this page is a basic, affordable product featuring solid-state construction. Each boasts a versatile design which allows for under-mounting to create a flat work area if needed. Accessory-mounting taps are included and can be customized for your needs. Temperature controllers are sold separately.

Performance ratings range from our smallest cold plate, the AHP-250CP, offering 46 watts of cooling, to the AHP-1200CP which offers 260 watts of cooling. Heating is an available option on all models. Temperature controllers are sold separately.
