The indoor-use thermoelectric air conditioners on this page are all through-mounted and intended for NEMA-12 enclosure cooling and heating. The internal side, or “cold side”, of the air conditioner will intrude into the enclosure a few inches, leaving the external side or “hot side” outside of the enclosure. Mounting gasket and hardware are always included.

Thermoelectric cooling capacities range from 130 BTU/hr (AHP-250FF Model) to 5,660 BTU/hr (AHP-6263 Model). Many product families include high-efficiency thermoelectric "Green Zone" styles and most include the "Eco-Mode" temperature controller feature. In Eco-Mode, passive cooling saves energy by limiting the need for active cooling. Eco-Mode reduces the cost of operation of our efficient thermoelectric enclosure coolers.

TECA's Peltier (thermoelectric) air conditioners are often used to cool and protect electronics and to cool and heat enclosures such as control panels, kiosks, ATMs, crane controls, camera housing, electronics enclosures, display signs and more.

The solid-state construction is the perfect low-maintenance solution for hard-to-access areas. There are no filters to change and no moving parts except for the fans. Our air conditioners use robust thermoelectric modules and boast a long service life.
