TECA offers a variety of liquid-cooled thermoelectric air conditioners (Peltier coolers). A water source is necessary. The water acts as a coolant, carrying heat away. There is no air exhaust on the hot side of the air conditioner. The liquid-cooled Peltier coolers (thermoelectric) air conditioners on this page are extremely versatile. They work well in tight enclosures and are rated for NEMA-12, NEMA-4X, Class 1 Division 2 and Class 1 Division 1. The LHP-1700FF Model solid-state (thermoelectric) air conditioner can even be mounted completely inside a purged enclosure.
Performance ratings range from 160 BTU/hr to 1,050 BTU/hr, which represents our largest liquid cooled thermoelectric panel cooler. Applications include equipment racks, PCs, drives, amplifiers, motor controls and other electronic equipment. The solid-state construction is the perfect low-maintenance solution for hard-to-access areas. There are no filters to change and no moving parts except for the cold side (inside) fan. Our Peltier coolers use robust thermoelectric modules and boast a long service life.
